A presentation announcing the Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP) with available funding through the Farm Service Agency (FSA) will be held Friday, August 21, 2009.  BCAP makes matching funds available based on eligible Biomass product delivery to a registered facility for the energy use. The initial BCAP roles and guidelines of the Bio Conversion Facility as well the eligible product listings and application process of will be discussed.
