 the last several years due to factors such as increasing energy prices

 ed high-energy costs and the additional impact of Federal and state in
 centives and legislation\, wood-using energy projects are rapidly bein
 g planned and constructed through out the nation creating demand for w
 oody biomass.  Attendees will be presented with an overview of forest-
 based bioenergy\, woody biomass utilization\, and sources of federal a
 nd state assistance.
