VelocityServlet Error

The recommended solution from Elluminate Support is as follows:
In Internet Explorer
- Open Tools, choose Internet Options
- Choose the "Privacy" Tab
- Select the "Advanced" button
- Check "Override automatic cookie handling"
- Make sure that First-party and Third-party Cookies are selected as "Accept"
- Select "Ok" on all other screens
- Attempt your session once again
